Wyatt and I met at the financial institution where I work and he is a customer. I expressed interest in him to my coworkers, wondering if he was seeing anyone. My coworkers decided to help us along and asked Wyatt one day if he was single and HEAVILY hinted that there was someone interested in going out with him. Several weeks later he asked me out to dinner. Thanks Linda and Angela!! LOL!

We first went out in December of 2022. He was 21 and I was 25 (trust me, I've heard enough 'cougar' jokes to last a life time lol) We became good friends and would hang out and chat often. In May of 2023, we had a serious conversation about our relationship and officially became a couple.

In May of 2025, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Wyatt asked me to marry him. Of course I said YES!!
